ServPro went above and beyond to make sure that the water damage to our home was cleaned up as quickly as possible so that we could get back into our home. Dan did an excellent job helping us understand the extent of the damage and the steps that would occur in the remediation process. I highly recommend them to anyone needing water remediation.

They packed my apartment due to smoke damage from a fire in another armament. They threw random stuff together. For example, one box had a feather duster, plastic hanger and an empty duffel bag. I had open bottles of a cleaner in with my Tupperware dishes.

Overall I'm pretty satisfied with their service.

I would scrutinize any of the contractors they recommend. We had a bad experience with one. It delayed our entire project by almost two months and we had to fire them.

Was only responsive to what Allstate wanted to do and were basically Allstate's puppet. Minimal communication of what was actually going to happen. Ended up firing them and going with a different service. In addition they damaged the ice machine water intake on my fridge by simply cutting the line instead of disconnecting it properly. Fridge ice machine still won't work 5 months later. Would not recommend at all.

ServPro employees are very professional, take their work seriously, answer all questions and do an excellent job. They follow up to make sure everything is to your satisfaction and are very helpful.

I was very unhappy with the work performed by ServPro. I had to have the supervisor out to see clearly all the issues that were not done. I had to call them again to remove the stove and micro wave that kept the burnt smell in the house. very low standards of "cleaning". Would never use that company again.

Everything was very good, expect that they walked on my carpet and such.
