The people were very nice, but I some of my items were broken when they were returned. My table was scarred, and I was upset about that.

The employees are very friendly, but I think the company is very understaffed. Not all of the installers seem to be very knowledgeable in the field. They seem poorly trained, and underpaid.

Area Of Satisfaction - I have COPD and I could not come back in my home until it was finished. When I came back in they had thoroughly cleaned everything and I could not smell any smoke.

Additional Comments - I was very pleased and I would recommend them to someone else. I was glad they were a contractor of Allstate.
