I am happy that they got here so fast. At 9 am we already had 3" of water all over the house. My insurance called them and they came out right away.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ServPro of River Oaks to my worst enemy. The service was very poor. After 1 week of dealing with them and losing a extra week longer to move back into my house I called insurance company and told them to send a different company to my house, which they did and they took care of the mold and water damaged problem. If they come, SEND THEM AWAY. They don't even get 1 star from me.

I can not say enough about the great work that ServPro did in my home. From the totally helpless feeling at 2:30 to a complete clean up and fans blowing at 8:30 was remarkable. I would certainly call them again (hope I never need to) in a heart beat. Like they advertise "like it never happened".
