I would recommend SERVPRO for drying the carpets and rearranging humidifiers, heaters, and fans and using machinery for the house. He got the carpets dried, but it did not prevent $21,000 worth of damage to my flooring. The technician was excellent. He was professional and handsome, well knowledge, good sense of humor, was here every day and was a definite asset to SERVPRO. He's not from Texas, and we welcome him here.

I was really anxious about the cost of remediation but the worker agent completely understood about not meeting my deductible and my wanting to keep costs down. He was very friendly and did a good job with minimal cost.

I knew I was in good hands from my initial call about a possible mold problem - Tyler was so easy to talk to and explain their process - super prompt and efficient in coming and fixing the problem!

The guys were honest and very willing to explain our options on how to move forward. I was so stressed out with this situation and their insight and customer service helped make it a less stressful problem. And I wasn’t overcharged!!! I forgot the guy’s name who I interacted most with but he was great. The 5th star is because of his honesty and genuine customer service. It’s very hard to come by these days.
