I had a file cabinet full of deeds and car titles and I can't find them.
Just don't know what to say,it was challenging to say the least
I was very pleased with SerPro, especially with Lynn Riley in the Tuscaloosa office . She was very customer focused and a pleasure to work with, she kept me informed and provided answers to all of my questions. As long as you retain employees like her you will always have my support . All the workers were very professional and did a fantastic job cleaning ,I was extremely satisfied with the work done!!
In the first place, they lied about what they were doing with our stuff. They said they would store it in a temperature controlled warehouse. It was not stored in such a place. They ruined about half of my stuff that had nothing wrong with it. They ruined our washer. They broke several things. Then, they basically got out of doing anything about it. The insurance company said that it was Servpro's problem, and they did nothing about it. They lied a bunch about it. In my small town I tell everyone to not use them. The insurance company brought them. Next thing I knew, they were throwing my stuff out. I wouldn't use them for anything.
I liked the work and they did a good job. I was satisfied with them.
very disappointed on day one employee was cursing walked off job twice and damage my stuff i had set time to let them in very seldom was on time or even showed up
Area Of Satisfaction - the lady that did the con-tense was very respectful we both felt fair on what she offered
Area Of Satisfaction - My field agent KelleySmith was TOP NOTCH with his service and follow thru. Promote him or give him a large raise!!!
Area Of Satisfaction - I was satisfied with everyone. They were sweet.
Additional Comments - I was very sick when they were working and they brought me back lunch. They made sure that no one in the crew was sick when they did the work. They were extremely careful with me.
