Great job, needs attention to communications about WHAT WILL HAPPEN AND WHAT WILL BE DONE in a written communication that both agree to. All went well but there were questions on 'color of stucco' and when the stucco replacement would be done. It required numerous phone calls to alleviate my questions on the subject!'
