Shingle Hut LLC was really a fantastic group to work with. I thought the organization, from the way they handled my initial call all the way through the project's completion, was fantastic. For the questions that I had about the materials, even when I was comparing them with other products and other vendors, I think they did a great job explaining and differentiating the materials, the products, and their processes. I felt like I knew more about roofing after speaking with Shingle Hut LLC, which is why I eventually selected them for the project and went forward with Shingle Hut LLC.

Shingle Hut made quick work of replacing my shingles and made me aware of any problem areas found under the shingles and shored them up quickly. They worked quickly and after 2 days I had a completely new roof with no remnants left behind. Fantastic!

This is the first time I have ever dealt with having a roof replaced and it was the best home services experience I have received, bar none. David is extremely professional and thorough when explaining the options and the materials used and how they work and effectiveness over the long term. A job that I have seen take most roofing contractors two days to complete they finished in a single day, and even painted all of the protrusions (roof jacks, vents, etc) to match! They were extremely thorough in cleanup, as well as David, the rep, going back over the property himself to make sure there was no hidden debris that escaped the installation crew.. Fantastic experience. NEVER let a roofing contractor solicit at your door, do the research and contact one for yourself that you find comfort with. I cannot recommend Shingle Hut enough...They may not be the cheapest, but then again, you DO NOT want a cheap roof. These guys deal in quality, and quality will cost more, but Shingle Hut provides a great service/product at a very fair cost. If you want to keep value in your home when it comes time to sell, or just long term reliability, this is where you do NOT want to skimp. .

Fantastic customer service! We recently had a major wind and hail storm come thru which damaged the roof to our main home and large garage building. The folks at Shingle Hut were awesome to work with from start to finish. From their initial walk-around the property, to filing of the claim, dealing with our insurance company, to the installation of both roofs in just 2 days!!! They left our property in pristeen condition and even paid special attention to a few plants that are special to our family. We also needed some ceiling repair and plumbing done and both sub-contractors they sent out were also fantastic. We give big praise to our primary POC Ben Williams who worked with us on the install dates due to the passing of my father. We've since referred several others to Shingle Hut. A sincere Thank You!
