Great communication and professionalism. Team was incredibly helpful in dealing with my insurance company as well. I had gotten a new roof with them in April and when a tree fell on it in July and I needed another new roof, was happy to go with Signature Exteriors again.

The roof replacement went great. The one thing that really stood out for me is this: I never felt like I was working with a construction company. The experiences that I had throughout the process truly made me feel like I was a valued customer, and not just some random homeowner getting a roof.The initial process was super-simple, as Michael (owner) handled all of the interactions with my insurance company and with the insurance adjuster. Once the project was started, the project management provided by Isaac (and at times by others on the staff (Justin, Stephanie, Whitney) was stellar. I was kept in the loop at all times, and at no point was I left wondering, "what's the status of my job?" Isaac always made sure that I was informed of what was going on as well as next steps, timing, etc. The onsite team was fantastic. Zach was my onsite project lead, and he is excellent. He kept me up to date on what was being done and why, and he is clearly very very experienced and knowledgeable. Every care was taken to ensure that the house and yard were protected throughout the work. I also appreciate how Michael leverages current technology to simplify and streamline everything. His onsite team takes pictures and notes, which are immediately uploaded to Michael so that he can stay on top of the job when he's not there. If something were to go wrong on the job site, Michael is immediately aware and is able to put a solution into action.I would definitely recommend Signature Exteriors for your roofing project.
