As I recently underwent major surgery, I contracted Simple Roofing & Exteriors to bid and submit and supervise my insurance claims for hail damage to my roof, exterior paint, damaged windows, gutters and pergola. Simple's Nathan Terry handled the job and coordinated correspondence with my insurance company. He did an outstanding job and kept me informed throughout the remediation process.

Working with my Senior Project Manager gave me all of the confidence I needed to choose Simple Roofing and Exteriors, but the day my job was supposed to start no one showed up. I reached out to my Senior Project Manger who told me that they had a flat tire and the truck broke down on top of that, which felt made up but that is what they were told. Then I was told the would come 7 AM sharp the next day, and when that didn't happen I started to get nervous about working with Simple. Overall they did a great job and I am happy with my new roof, but some of the contractors who were used for replacing my solar panels and who did the actual roofing job did a terrible job of communicating which caused delays in the project.

I don't believe the crew that roofed the home did a quality job....rushed through it and aesthetically it was poor.....there is still an issue of water that is draining and missing the gutter.
