Great communication, value, and service

The entire process from beginning to end was professionally carried out. Everyone involved was very knowledgeable.

1. When I email to ask questions, I didn't get a reply.
2. For the gutters, they were supposed to removed one of the drains, which they didn't do it, and I was expecting the drains of the gutters to be included in the price, I agree that my mistake was not to ask specifically about that, but for the price of the job of course I wouldn't mind if I had to pay a little more for the drains.
3. The roof looks ok, I'm monitoring couple of shingles which they look like it is coming off.

I'm somewhat disappointed, you were so highly recommended by a friend of mine that you were the only choice I considered to take care of my job, which right now I regret that, but I'm trying to be positive, and I will expect that the roof lasts as was expected.

I do have to say that when I reached out to ask about the gutter drains, I got a response from you, and they offered to remove the gutter drain they forgot to remove, but I was so disappointed and upset about the drains that I didn't want anybody else to come back.

They did an excellent job on the roof. I am very pleased with it.

The overall experience of someone coming out and helping, picking out colors, and explaining the problems was good. They were very helpful and on-the-spot. The guy who came out knew what the problem was, and when they took the shingles off, that was exactly what was wrong. They did not take breaks and finished the work. When they were finished, they cleaned up, swept, and were gone. The person who came out at the beginning came out again to look at the job, as we were having to match shingles that were put on years ago. The color had changed a smidgen, but I could hardly tell. Skywalker roofing was excellent to work with from start to finish. Their crew was fast, efficient and their work was top grade. Cleanup was excellent. Roof replacement is expensive, but I only have to do it once and I wanted it done right. Skywalker improved on the roof I had with better materials and added leak security. I highly recommend them.
