I would highly recommend them. They did everything they said they would do, and they answered all my questions. I had no problems. The work was excellent. I would definitely use them again, and I have used theme again.

This review is long overdue. We needed to replace two roofs due to storm damage in year 2023. Craig Keefer at Skywall Construction did excellent work, making the replacement process smooth and stress-free. He handled the replacement estimate, the insurance claim, scheduled the work, and issued the warranty once the job was completed. Craig communicated with us clearly, always answered our questions promptly, even on weekends and evenings, and took many photos after the job was done. We are very impressed by Craig’s professional knowledge about roofing, his dedication to the work, and his excellent communication skills. He truly sets an example for the roofing industry. We are happy about the quality roof work done by Skywall Construction. Highly recommended.

Greg is an awesome, professional roofer. He's the main contact for the whole roof for processing. He communicated very clearly. He always answers my calls on time. All of it was resolved quickly. Communication is very smooth. I'm very happy about that. He sent pictures of the work. I am happy with the results. We got our warranty sent back to us. So far, I don't see any issues. We are happy with the great, professional work and will definitely recommend them if any friends need work done. I will go back to Greg. I'm happy to see this kind of professional at this time. I highly recommend it.

Eric is extremely communicative, transparent, and detail oriented. He managed the roof repair of my rental property after a significant hail storm, without me having to make a single visit on-site. I felt like I was in great hands throughout the entire process and appreciate that thorough documentation that they provide after the work is completed.

Craig is super professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. We have had 3 roofs put on in 5 years due to hail. He explained everything he documented, he took hundreds of pictures, and dealt with my insurance company to make sure we got what was needed; even when they only wanted to pay for certain materials. He did not give up!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Craig was amazing to work with; informative, organized, responsive and very helpful!

My initial consultation with Skywall went well. They advised that insurance will cover the roof replacement, garage door replacement and new gutters. I saved up enough to pay for the deductible and gave the project a Greenlight. After signing the contract with Skywall they submitted an estimate of 18k. Which was much higher estimate than what my Insurance had. Due to high costs I had to cover additional expenses out of pocket. Skywall further revised the project costs and submitted supplemental insurance claim for 22K. I now had to seek bank loans to cover my out of pocket costs. After the roof replacement was completed Skywall called my insurance company and informed them that they went over budget. I was not informed of this until later when they issued a final invoice bill of 25K. Throughout the process the project costs kept increasing exponentially despite no new additions to the work order. And the entire process took about 5 months to complete. My property is out of state, I haven’t had a chance to confirm the quality of work. Although Skywall was highly recommended by one of the vendors I work with, I would not use them again due to unexpected price hikes and poor communication.

I have two neighbors that are using Skywall Construction as well.

Eric Meador couldn't have beee more helpful and transparent throughout the process of choosing a roof, submitting to my insurance company, and making sure I was maximizing the benefit I should receive. Their work was top notch and fast. We've not needed any followup work or visits.

I would give Skywall Construction LLC a four-star rating, but I feel that there is too much going back and forth with the insurance company, and it gets very confusing on my part.

I would highly recommend Skywall Constrction. They do quality work and are professional, responsive, and good at communicating. They are also very nice people to work with!
