There were a couple day delay in starting but it was due to weather which is understandable. They updated me daily about this which was appreciated. There was an issue about some damage that occurred during install but they owned up to it and it was promptly taken care of.

A reputable roofing company, may not be the cheapest in town but you do get a professional job, the BEST Owens & Corning materials & a 50 year warranty on the roof. The did my big roof in 1 day as promised, keep the site clean while working and worked me right into their busy schedule quickly. I think they are No. 1 in this area. Others may be unreliable or provide cheap materials or shoddy workmanship so BEWARE if you go elsewhere just to save $$$$$$$$$.

I really like the work we had done from Smith & Miller Roofing. Even with all of the winter weather the house has been warmer with the new roof. When they did the work they worked in frigid conditions. They were very professional from Bob to the installers and they even put the dumpster where we wanted it. They were very cooperative and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. We got a lot of estimates and theirs was the most reasonable price and the workers were local American workers and we really liked that.
