The quality of the workmanship on the installation of our exterior siding and the caulking and painting of it was second to none. A recent contractor I had working on our deck commented that he thought the paint on the siding had been factory applied, that’s how flawless it was. The crews were friendly and efficient and cleaned up after each day.

Communication was good during the process. It was a very long process to get from the signed contract to the work installation, and we had some bumps along the road that have been mostly remedied.

The roof was excellent. The project manager on the chimney work had poor communication. After a conversation, I decided that I would fix things. I have already spoken with the project manager and tried to provide him feed back, so he knows. The guttering was okay. The downspout was put at the highest part of the gutter, so the water didn't flow. That gutter issue was addressed under the workmanship warranty.

The salesmen have great sales pitch but everything after the sales pitch is a nightmare. No communication , they push your roof delivery out more than 1 month and every time you follow up they make up another excuse as to why they need 2 more weeks.

My consultation with Jordan about my needs and choices of materials was very detailed and well documented. The crew which installed the shingles and skylights were well organized, worked well and were careful about my garden.

Smith Roofing Company was frustrating as a client. Their project manager was not responsible and did not show up numerous times, and the company didn't know about his whereabouts. On several occasions they cut corners, and with me as their client I was the one to bring it to their attention to force it to be corrected. The project manager did not notice any of it.

Smith Roofing showed up with a crew of 11 men and the supervisor. They finished 30 squares of shingles and replaced 26 sheets of decking and cleaned up in 6 hours. Amazing to watch a well organized crew work!

The guys who came out initially did an excellent job. I had some people coming to give me an estimate and none of them went into the detail and depth that they did. They took pictures and showed where the problems were. It was really nice to see that. Some people use a drone to fly over and don't show you what they saw. Smith roofing did an excellent job with detail. I was surprised. It was really great.

They were very professional, and I love the way they communicated all the processes that they were going through. I loved their professionalism and how they kept me informed.

Great process from the initial meeting with Thomas to talk about the work to Brad being the last to leave when it was all done making sure things were satisfactory. The level of communication was outstanding throughout. I wish all companies would do this. The crews were professional and efficient. I never once saw anyone slacking (even in the 100+ degree temps) and not doing things they shouldn't, making sure everyone was safe and the work was getting done right. Top notch all around!!

The crew did a very good job of initiating the work in the morning, and by the end of the day, they had it done other than the chimney. They said that it would take another half a day to finish the chimney. They replaced the wood sheeting and did a good job on the flashing. They did a very good job on the chimney work. Their onsite lead was very good. The superintendent stayed in contact with me. They did a very good job at communicating and with the installation. I am using them for other stuff at the house as well.

Smith Roofing my not be the cheapest, but they do good work and are very efficient at removing the old roof and replacing with a new roof. The area around my house was kept clean and the team that worked on my roof stayed tied off and safe the entire time.

The shingles are beautiful supported by smooth purchase and installation process.
