The installation was a little bit good, but with the general service when there's an issue, I wouldn't give them a bad rating. That's why I only agree rather than strongly agree with my likeliness to recommend Solar Energy World to a friend.

I have enjoyed their service. Their service has been very good. I've told some people about their service. I didn't have any problems with it.

The service was great. I had no issues. Everything works well. The financial portion was not clear.

I found that there was not very much feedback on my system. There was no communication to me on when things would start and when my rebates would come. Things like that. Most of their employees are great however John Roberts is a very ignorant salesperson and I would never want to have to deal with him or anyone like him again

operations / permitting lost the plot in following up with Prince William County for an important 6 week period/ delay. Granted PWC appears to be known as a pain however I had to chase multiple times and escalate high up the chain to get the attention this needed. I was also not alerted sufficiently up front as to a significant 6 month delay in getting Tesla batteries and at the time of purchase there wasn't an alternative. Again upper Mgmt and sales team handled well but only after multiple escalations
