They were easy to work with from start to finish and installed a decent system on my home.

SEW assigns a principal project lead from start to finish and our project lead was exceptional. He and the SEW team provided updates and feedback during the entire process and was very responsive and experienced in addressing progress (e.g. next steps) and any questions or issues.

I Actually enjoyed working with everyone. When I had questions the responses were quick and helpful. I was kept well informed with each step.

Overall a positive experience with SEW, and we feel good about having gone solar. I would recommend them, but make sure you take your time and ask a lot of questions in the design phase.

We had a great experience getting our solar panels, battery back up and EV charger and would definitely recommend Solar Energy World! From our first conversation with Andy, who explained everything and was completely up front with the various options and how the system would work, to the construction process which was a little non-standard. The guys had to hand dig the trench for our EV charger in the hot summer heat but never complained and got the job done. We are very happy with the installation and the system they installed.

Overall very satisfied. The Solar Energy World staff knew how to work with my HOA in getting the project approved. The only minor issue was that when the techs came to install the solar panels, they had not been informed that my contract specified a "critter guard," and therefore they didn't have one with them and had to come back the next day to install it.

Not only did they do a great job planning and carrying out the installation, they were great communicators. We always knew what was happening.

Andy and the Solar Energy World team were great to work with and made the process of switching to solar energy very easy. We had one slight hiccup when the inspection was being scheduled, but aside from that, the process was smooth. We should be able to use our solar panels soon once PEPCO switches out the meter. We're very much looking forward to the switch!

We need more information about the winter prices from Solar Energy World- Maryland. Our electric bill was $210.00. We do not use a lot of electricity, so I do not understand why the electric bill is so high after installing solar panels.

Solar panels provide many benefits.

They did everything they promised. They were timely, efficient, and came in and got the job. We are fully satisfied.

Generally, I would give a 5 star rating. However, since 12/22, our solar production is down by 1/3 due to 10 of our Solar panels not producing. I've opened up a support ticket. I'm very disappointed that the soonest someone can come out is 1/22. We been operational for around 60 days or less. I would expect to get installation issue support sooner than 30 days. I would be open to update this rating once all issues are resolved.

Highly responsive, professional, and courteous team all through the engagement. The technicians were very knowledgeable and very thorough in their work.

Overall SEW has made the process quite easy by taking care of all the paper work and it has one of the best warranty policies (30 years). Once the panels are in, there are many different elements to be aware of, and that's where as the customer you need to ask for clarification.

Array was installed over the course of days when it was pouring rain (rather than rescheduling when weather was favorable) potentially compromising the long term durability of the installation and potentially leading to leaks in our roof.

Solar Energy World did a great job with our solar installation. We were a little wary that they were too busy to carefully consider our old home's odd roof and some of our related concerns, but they heard our preferences and followed through with a careful design that worked for us. The installation went smoothly. We would gladly work with them again on a solar project.

The solar panels were installed in my home almost a month ago. They are not working yet. I called my electric company. They are waiting for Solar to call to report the panels. They were not included in the blue print. My electric company is not connecting before they hear from Solar Energy. They are taking a long time.

Damien was a good salesman worked with me and kept me informed and everything that was happening. The crew very respectful hard workers and cleaned up after themselves. When they were here installing the panels they answered any questions I had.
