Fortunate to have Solar Energy World installed our solar system. Save so much with minimum charge for transmission and for the past several months did not pay because the generated energy is more than the energy used.

From the initial sales presentation to now it has been a pleasurable experience and providing a great savings to our energy bill.

The entire experience was very smooth and easy.

The only good part of going with solar energy world was the salesman he was great and knowledgeable. We continually have roof leaks due to the installers- random holes that keep being found when we have a new leak.

Solar Energy World-Maryland provided us with very helpful information when exploring solar installation on our home. They answered our questions and followed through with installation, coordination with our electricity provider and county permitting, providing tax rebate documents, and SREC information. The installation crew was professional, worked with us on adjusting some equipment placement and completed the work on schedule. We would recommend them to others considering adding solar.

They were polite, professional and reasonable. They were good communicators making the experience enjoyable. Upper management was always available to field any requests.

I definitely recommend Solar Energy World. I had a good rep; he's not with them anymore. He helped me for quite some time; he was very good, and I really liked him. He knew absolutely everything.

After doing much research and comparing and getting other owners' feedback, I felt that Solar Energy World was the best choice for me.

They were very clear through the entire process of the steps that were being taken. It was organized and clear process. Even though it was lengthy at times, they managed my expectations through that. Things were well documented. They produced a very thorough package. They had to get a permit through the city. The people that did the installation were done in a day or a little more than a day. They worked very efficiently. It was the following year, for whatever reason it took a long to present because we got an intense rain storm. We did have a leak, it was in the most convenient place for a leak. They came out promptly and found there was some sealant missing. Minor issues were promptly resolved. They could have done a little better job picking up scraps and trash on the roof like the clips that hold the wires. I saw them when I went up and did maintenance on the chimney. A little more attention to detail would be all they need there. The system has worked well this summer. Everybody around here is complaining about the cost of electricity going up 20% and I was being billed $9, which is the minimum you can be charged. The return on investment point of view, I have been very pleased.

overall good experience

I do this all the time. Unfortunately, living in a retirement community, most people want the panels to pay for themselves in a short period of time.

I liked my salesman. However, he ended up leaving the company at the time my system was installed. I don't know what current salesman are like for current customers.

Easy to work with especially through the misc county and DMV coops

I had a problem with my solar panel, and I called them in May, and it's been over a month, and I haven't heard from them since.

The experience is good, and it is a good system to use.

The agent was very attentive, and the work was done in a timely manner. I am very satisfied.

I live in va and generally don't recommend products to anyone. If someone asked me if i would recommend you all i would say yes, but would not think to randomly make a,recommendation. And no one has,asked in the last 6 months so i think it is pretty unlikely

I'd recommend them to a friend because their service was quicker than expected and completed. The customer service was good handling issues; they took care of it even after they finished the work.
