I appreciated the presentation; they weren't pushy or giving a big sales pitch when they came out — that is a real thing with window companies! They followed up with me after the install, which was good. They made sure that I was aware of the rebate through my local electric company and helped me with that process, so I appreciated that very much!

The owner even went & got new cedar wood to replace rotten wood & did not charge me for replacement, excellent customer service. They do not over promise but they definitely over deliver. Excellent knowledge and experience base including Joe, the owner, who personally supervises the entire project. Parker represents the company well and has extensive knowledge about the products, costs, and installation process. He was also very responsive to any questions. Calls do not go unanswered. Always a prompt response from anyone in the company. The installers (Isaac, Kristin, Emily) were outstanding and really impressed us with their efficiency, technique, neatness and affability. I would recommend Sooner State Home Improvements without any reservations .

It was an easy process and very informative. In the consultation, they did a very good job. Overall, I was very happy. The financial terms are the best. I shopped around at four different companies. They were significantly better, almost twice as good. I even called my bank, and even my bank could not beat their prices.

Current Referrals - I don't know of anyone at the moment, but I would definitely recommend your company. If anyone asked, I would say the price was worth it. They kept me well informed on the estimate and installation, and they were able to complete the project in one day. I run a child daycare in my house, and they were very attentive and considerate of that. They came through the back entrance, and there was one window they had to install in the game room. I made sure the kids were out of the way, but they did ask some questions to the installers, and they were very friendly and responded to them.

The installer, Cameron, did a fabulous job installing my windows.

This company offered the most competitive price without skimping on quality. Everyone I encountered with the company was extremely nice and kept me informed throughout the process. Will be using them for any and every door/window project I have in the future!
