SOS Builders is a great company. They do exactly what they promise they are doing to do. They are on time and very clean.

They were professional from the beginning to the end. It was a well-managed project. The employees were great and the workmanship was superior. I am thoroughly satisfied.

Well sorry to say this SOS company should be SOL they into my house like a SWAT team did not ask if they could park their huge truck if front of my garage running out loud. They also blocked my neighbors garage door completely and at the time was leaving for work. When she asked them to move the truck this punk kid says "Can't you just wait". These idiots parked in fire lane caused dangerous chaotic situation. Their was huge issues and damage to my car as a result of the chaos they created and not respect for the customer. The like I was a inconvenience to them and my neighbor at like 8:30AM. I had 3 other contractors over my unit to do work that week and they came to the front asked if they could begin services and parked their huge trucks in designated parking spots. They came over my condo to clean the stairway after the contractor left that fixed a leak in ceiling

Until I got the General Manager Aaron involved I was thoroughly disgusted with SOS and the poor quality of their work.

What they did for my home was done very well.

John was an excellent project manager. He was a great communicator and very flexible. Also, Larry was very professional and talented in everything he did from plumbing to painting. Both of these guys worked excellent as a team and everything was perfect. The whole team was trustworthy and I was able to leave them alone at home with no incidents.

I was thinking of writing a letter to Jerry saying that I was going to put it online how unsatisfied I am.

SOS Builders, LLC did a fine job and I am happy with the their work. They worked around a holiday to get the job done.
