Had 3 companies in for quotes, similar pricing but it was evident from the get go that these guys go above and beyond and are very timely with answering the phone to scheduling and responding. We felt 100% we were dealing with a stellar and professional company from the start.

I had a great experience from beginning to end. The installation crew was cordial, experienced and hard-working. They did neat work, and cleaned up thoroughly when the installation was completed. We are so happy and excited about the under decking, and how it completely transforms our deck area! There was a leak around the ceiling fan, which caused its failure. I didn't stress about it because my experience with Southeastern Underdeck had been exceptional. And, besides - things happen. They sent technicians out in a timely manner, they fixed the problem and we received a new replacement ceiling fan.

The staff is courteous, and have a great customer satisfaction attitude. Michelle is absolutely wonderful! I wish other companies would take their customer service model from the staff at Southeastern Underdeck. I highly recommend this company without hesitation!

The whole experience was a pleasure from the original contact with the salesperson to the crew who did the installation. This included contact with the office staff who were always efficient and polite.

There maybe others offering this service, however from initial contact, to 1st onsite survey/estimate, all the way through finished project, I cannot imagine ever finding a better company to work with.

The team that came on site was very professional and highly skilled. I has some lighting and fan electrical boxes roughed in and they we able to easily adjust them to fit the new under decking. Everything looks perfect and is leak free!

SEUD Systems did an outstanding job working with me and a special timeline I had for the project completion date. Heather and the other office staff were awesome at ensuring the install crew completed the job within time. Thanks to SEUD (who installed two fan mounts and two swing mounts), my wife and I have a downstairs oasis that we can escape the afternoon sun while still enjoying our backyard beneath our deck.

They do a great job designing and installing. And most importantly, they stand behind their product and work and provide unbelievable customer service, even over 5 years after the initial job. They came out and fixed 2 panels even when the warranty expired. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

SEUD did a wonderful job on my small underdeck system. I had them install mounts for a porch swing, as well as a ceiling fan mount. they were prompt, courteous, and skilled. I'm going to recommend them to all my neighbors!

The workers were professional and knowledgeable. The staff .Holly, is great. She coordinates any issues. Ron is the "super tech" who comes out to take care of any issues. I had a storm blow thru and flipped up a pamel. Ron came out to fix it and made sure everything was tightened up

Contractors were professional and worked hard to complete the job in 2 days as scheduled. The quality of their craftsmanship was superior. I was so impressed with the final outcome. What a difference it has made in the beauty and functionality of our deck. Highly recommend.
