Good technical service... but came in late.

The worst electrical service I got ever since. Electrician wants to change my electrical panel and charging me $10k+ as he said it is under recall. Called the manufacturer to confirm, they told me NO your main panel is not included in the recall, you’re fine nothing to worry. Any comments?
Overcharged for simple light fixture change. Never using again.
The guy came looked at the fan said it was burned out without looking at said he could install a new one for 375 then pr I ceed to sell my husband a contract I would never deal with you a comp waste of 69 dollars I wouldn't recommend you to putin
SCS installed the entire system including a U joint in the drain which led to slime growth. Wanted to charge me over $500 to spray a little hot water and acid on the slime to clean it. That is an insult in addition to the other poor experiences I had with SCS. I did it myself in 15 minutes. SCS is charging over a $2000/hr labor rate for this service. Forget you. A tech came out in March for the AC not blowing cold. Same thing happened again. Not injecting anything to try and trace the leak down at this point so now we wait again and have to call SCS out again in 3 months to inject dye or gas to find the leak and fix the system that they are responsible for. Tech did his job and was pleasant. This is not a poor review of the tech. SCS is not on my list for future use due to the poor service and lack of accountability for what they installed. I 100% feel that SCS is trying to kick the can down the road to avoid the warranty work for the system that they are responsible for.
They were very kind, knowledgeable, and very nice.
The plumber came on time, spoke clearly about resolving the problem, worked efficiently and cleanly. I was well satisfied

I advise the public to get several quotes before signing a contract. I received quotes from four other contractors, and I was told that I was being ripped off by Southern Coast. They wanted me to pay for things I did not need.
The technical did a really good job, he was very informative and helpful with the entire process.
They conducted themselves well, they fixed the issue and I'm overall happy with them.
They provide quick service and have a great technician.

I contacted them initially because I had good service before. Very nice gentleman said he would give quote - didn't get quote - happened 3 times over an 8 day period - bought it elsewhere. I don't want to take the rest of the survey because I think this pretty much sums things up.

We were given nothing but misinformation , price gouging and ignorance.
Jesse, who did the job was very professional, patient, knowledgeable, be troubleshooted the problem and didn't other charge me for the survivor that are provided.
I am likely to recommend Southern Coast Services to a friend. They were excellent, timely and did the job. The service was amazing. The representative was great and both the people who came were great too.
The salesman was good, he was a nice guy and he knew what he was doing.
The technicians were delightful and could probably have sold me a bridge.
