The quality of care up front was great, as was setting up financing and getting the job arranged and completed on time and to budget. The new roof and gutters look great. After the job was completed though, things got much worse. A promised adjustment to one of the newly installed gutters was never done. I never got any proof or contact info in case I needed to use the 50 year warranty for the roof. The job site was left a mess with pieces of the old roof, pieces of the packaging for the new roof, and old nails and unused new nails all around the house.

Southern National replaced my Roof in 2024. Managers were always in touch from start to finish of the job. The crew worked hard and cleaned everything up. Very polite and professional. Great quality material and did a fabulous job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Southern National to anyone needing a roof replacement/repair. They are very thorough...with material options, communication and the entire process. Our roof was installed in one day. They arrived between 7am and 8am. and were finished by around 5pm. Our yard was left as clean as it was when they arrived. Zack and Justin kept us informed and reached out during the installation to check on things and make sure everything was to our liking. Zack came out afterwards to do a final inspection and again, to make sure everything was to our liking & to see if we had any other questions. They wanted to make sure the installation was completed correctly. Thank you for making this as painless as possible!

The representative with Southern National was very professional and gave a very good presentation. He explained to me about the shingles and putting down material to make sure the roof is leak proof. He even went into my attic to check for damaged wood and mold. The other companies that came by did none of this.

Southern National did a great job from beginning to end. They worked with me to figure out what materials would fit my budget and had the whole roof installed in just one day.
