We were very impressed with David. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything well and the process that was going to take place. The work crew was prompt and did a good job. They had one person on the ground constantly cleaning up and making sure all nails and debris was picked up.

They were great, and my windows look great.

We were looking at options for a new roof when we spoke to southern national and I was initially struck by how much they actually seemed to want our business compared to the other places I had talked to. Getting everything setup and scheduled was painless and quick. Cleanup was amazing, we haven't found any nails or anything after the fact. We're very happy with our new roof.

The install went well and was finished in a day. The roof looks great. There was a bit too much selling on the front end for my tastes, but all in all I would recommend.

Based on information provided about the materials and warranty, this seems like a great option to be considered. With some improvements related to logistics communication and clarification regarding possible insurance discounts a rating of 5+ would definitely be in order

The only problem was the damaged gutters
When they tried to repair them, they did a really sloppy job of trying, and and they did not tell me about the job they done. I had to climb up with a ladder myself and see how the job was done and it was really bad. I was not told about it. Southern National did respond once I told them and they came back and done a very, very good job of replacing the gutters.

They did not do a good job on clean-up. I had a leak after they replaced the roof. I never had a leak before.

We may have gotten off to a rough start. I was not planning to replace my roof at the time the salesman showed up unsolicited at my door. Sure, I knew the roof would have to be replaced within a year or so, but it wasn't my timing. I felt rushed.

Southern National was very thorough from start to finish on putting on our new roof. Very clean and did the job in just two days.
