We were looking at options for a new roof when we spoke to southern national and I was initially struck by how much they actually seemed to want our business compared to the other places I had talked to. Getting everything setup and scheduled was painless and quick. Cleanup was amazing, we haven't found any nails or anything after the fact. We're very happy with our new roof.

The quality of care up front was great, as was setting up financing and getting the job arranged and completed on time and to budget. The new roof and gutters look great. After the job was completed though, things got much worse. A promised adjustment to one of the newly installed gutters was never done. I never got any proof or contact info in case I needed to use the 50 year warranty for the roof. The job site was left a mess with pieces of the old roof, pieces of the packaging for the new roof, and old nails and unused new nails all around the house.

Once all my questions were answered, the work proceeded according to plan, was quickly and carefully done, and the site left clean.

My neighbors liked the work they did in my home. They were amazed at the work that was done in such a short period of time.

I was surprised they did good work, and I am proud of it.

They went above and beyond to make things right. It's a lovely roof.

The work was done as it was explained. The installers were professional, efficient, and polite. They did exactly what I was told they would do. They cleaned up after themselves, and I did not even realize work was done on my roof.

Sales associate was great. Provided all the information I needed. Roofing crew took care to protect plants and cleaned up well afterwards. Unfortunately there was not great communication from the sales associate and roofing crew where several important items were missed. I’ve tried following up with the construction manager to get the work I thought was included to get done but have not received any positive responses. Sales associate is no longer with the company which complicates things.

Based on information provided about the materials and warranty, this seems like a great option to be considered. With some improvements related to logistics communication and clarification regarding possible insurance discounts a rating of 5+ would definitely be in order

I was very pleased with outcome of my new roof.

The only problem was the damaged gutters
When they tried to repair them, they did a really sloppy job of trying, and and they did not tell me about the job they done. I had to climb up with a ladder myself and see how the job was done and it was really bad. I was not told about it. Southern National did respond once I told them and they came back and done a very, very good job of replacing the gutters.

They did an excellent job and a quick amount of time.

Southern National replaced my Roof in 2024. Managers were always in touch from start to finish of the job. The crew worked hard and cleaned everything up. Very polite and professional. Great quality material and did a fabulous job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would say to investigate first. I checked them out and they did okay.

They did not do a good job on clean-up. I had a leak after they replaced the roof. I never had a leak before.

My roof looks very nice. I've already noticed the difference. My heat's not coming on constantly. They have quality workmanship. I'm sure I will save money on energy costs with this new replacement. I have received many compliments.

We may have gotten off to a rough start. I was not planning to replace my roof at the time the salesman showed up unsolicited at my door. Sure, I knew the roof would have to be replaced within a year or so, but it wasn't my timing. I felt rushed.

I would highly recommend Southern National to anyone needing a roof replacement/repair. They are very thorough...with material options, communication and the entire process. Our roof was installed in one day. They arrived between 7am and 8am. and were finished by around 5pm. Our yard was left as clean as it was when they arrived. Zack and Justin kept us informed and reached out during the installation to check on things and make sure everything was to our liking. Zack came out afterwards to do a final inspection and again, to make sure everything was to our liking & to see if we had any other questions. They wanted to make sure the installation was completed correctly. Thank you for making this as painless as possible!
