Southern Roofing & Renovations is an excellent company to do business with. They do what they say they will do. They communicate well. They are professional in every way. They don't "manspain". You ladies know what I mean. The Corning website has a helpful online tool to help you pick out the best shingles and color for your roof.

Southern Roofing and Renovation did an outstanding job on the roof replacement for our 4,000 sqft home. The old roof began leaking do to wind storm damage. Southern Roofing and Renovation spent considerable time liaising with my insurance company to get the repair properly covered. I am an engineer and was able to supervise the entire installation. I did pay out of pocket for an upgraded shingle with a better warranty. Proper underlayment, valley preparation, drip edging, and starter courses were used with 6 nail patterns. The installation team was wearing harnesses and were tied onto downlines to prevent falling. The site was cleaned manually and with magnets to pickup nails. The installation looks great and I am very happy with the product. Southern Roofing and Renovation has my highest personal recommendation for roofing repair and installation.

Provided excellent recommendations for overall improvement. Also worked directly with the insurance company lifting that burden off the home owner. Representatives were on site throughout the installation process. Installers were efficient, arrived on time, worked hard and ensured the end quality was outstanding. Especially important was a weather decision when storms were expected on the planned installation day. After discussion about concerns on where the installation process would be versus the estimated arrival of bad weather, we postponed the date. Turned out to be the best decision possible. Also impressive was the post-installation clean up.

Southern Roofing & Renovations need to be more considerate of their customers. They should share all the information about the roof when the pictures are taken. Customers do not want to go back after the fact to repair something.

When we moved into our home, we needed a shingle replaced on our roof. Knowing no one in the business, we contacted a building contractor friend who highly recommended the company with which Barry Roberts was affiliated.

When Barry arrived, I was so impressed with his smile, as well as his obvious knowledge of the business. As we talked further, his love of family and Christian values was most impressive, leaving me with the assurance that I needed to look no further for the perfect person to attend to our roofing needs in the future.

He came several times over subsequent years to provide the service we needed. He always arrived in a timely manner. His price was always reasonable and, most importantly, his work was outstanding.
