The final cost of my roof is double the quote I was given. This is a classic case of “Bait and Switch” Rowe Roofing baited me with the quote and once they removed my shingles they called to raise the price on my roof replacement with inflated damage report. If you want to avoid getting scammed do your research and stay away.
