Since he was well versed in the door and window installation process he was able to measure same day as visit. They got my door and windows installed all before Thanksgiving! So happy with the whole experience. Will be doing siding on the house and Southwest Exterior will be our go to company from now on.

Southwest Exteriors was professional from the minute I contacted them. I am extremely pleased with the work they did on my home, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I felt that our experience was top notch. I felt I could trust each person we worked with, the quality of products was outstanding, and our sales manager took all the time we needed talking through how the process would work, options, materials, etc. we knew nothing, and felt he took time to educate us.

I've done several contracted jobs. This was by far the easiest, most seamless, from start to finish. Communication was easy, and prompt. Scheduling was great. Install crews were polite and didn't leave a mess behind, and honored my request to not smoke on my premises. Perfect. Oh, and the windows are beautiful and open/close easily.

If someone I knew was going to use this company, I don't know that I would recommend them. The lack of communication did not sit well with me at all. I wasn't impressed with the work of the installers, nor the subcontractor who did the finishing work. I cleaned up after them. It's also hard to believe that there was only one company - in Arkansas - that could make the doors we needed. This job took months, with many different excuses about why.

They listened to what we wanted and worked to accomplish everything. The prep work on colors , styles for siding, windows and doors was designed to be sure we understood our options and could achieve our goals.

Southwest wasn't the lowest quote nor the highest. But by far, they were the BEST quote! It matters to us that every time we look out our big, beautiful dining room picture windows, we feel good about our decision to go with Southwest.
