I appreciate the service. Spangler Restoration - Boone was excellent, got things done, and I was very happy with the service.

I would not recommend Spangler Restoration. I had a lot of issues during the restoration of my home. The color of my bathroom was satin white, it is now flat paint yellow. My kitchen, living room, dinning bed room and hall was originally an off white color. These areas are now yellow. When I mentioned the difference in color there was a disagreement between contractor and I. Project manager said the color could not be changed now. I will have to repaint the bathroom with a satin paint because of the moisture from the shower. The bathroom walls do not look good at all from moisture. I came to check on the progress of the restorations. The contractor’s teen son and another young man were installing the floors.I asked one the young men what school he went to. He replied Draughn High School. These young men were not supervised during this time by the contractor. They seem to have done a good job. I do have 2 places where the flooring concerned me. One is the bathroom floor is coming up and the piece of wood that holds the flooring down is coming up near the kitchen window. My counters were not properly installed and damaged. Home depot was paid to come and install the new counter tops plus replace my sink. Countertops were installed at a slant so they had to be repaired. The new sink was never installed. I was asked for the receipt but I could not find it so they damaged by contract workers pray. I’m not sure what happened to that. I was ask if I had the receipt for it to get it replacedIt’s still.

The communication was poor, and we had issues throughout the whole process with Spangler.

They were very professional and done the job the way it was supposed to be done.

The construction supervisor was cooperative and professional. He was let down by many of his workers. They have promised to make good on all of the problems in reconstruction. I think part of the problem was the insurance company, Allstate. They did not give us a fair settlement in the first place. Jeff Morris is not a fair adjuster.
