Replacing a roof is a huge project. The crew from Speciality Home Products worked morning till night for 4 days. The crew stayed so busy. The communicated with me to cause as little inconvenience as possible. A neighbor told me he used a different roofing company and that they had left a mess in his driveway and yard. I was amazed at how little residue was left after this project. I have much respect for the men who worked on my house. Thank you.

I waited a while to give a review on my installation. I reached out to the company multiple times regarding my roof and had a hard time communicating with anyone. They broke a piece of my shed off, killed a rhododendron plant I have, left clothing on my neighbors yard and several other unprofessional things. When the initial meeting was conducted to look at my roof the salesmen seemed very knowledgeable but getting a hold of anyone is beyond difficult. I signed for my roof in May, they started the service the end of September and I am still waiting for additional vents and gutters to be installed an it's mid-November now with snow falling.

They were quick, friendly, and easy to work with.

Excellent experience working with Specialty Home Products to get our new roof completed in a timely and professional way. Workmanship was very good. I do wish they had used more tarps on the lawn around the house because I picked up a can full of roofing nails afterward with our bar magnet. The rain gutters above the dump trailer were scratched by throwing tear-off shingles into the trailer, and the siding was damaged in one spot by errantly tossed debris punching a hole on the steel siding. Other than that, they did a good job. They were efficient and got it done in an appropriate amount of time with minimal disruption to us.

Mark was very nice and knowledgeable in regards to my roof and he did respond back to me every time i texted him or called him. BUT as for his crew not professional, they left a mess in my rock bed, never covered it up with a tarp. Yes i understand that the wind was blowing really hard but they could have used my drift wood to hold down the tarps, since they just helped themselves to my wheelbarrel & electricity. they damaged the siding on my house that connects to the garage and again i understand they had to get the flashing under the wood and the cedar shingles were brittle but they just left and didn't say anything like they are trying to get away with something that was rude. and they damage the wood at the top of my garage taking off the old raingutter. and the big thing is they moved my brick boarded for my rock bed just to get their rig 2 inched closer to the house. you don't start taking apart someone landscape and they just leave and not put any of it back. i think his crew is a half ass team and not professionals. i will not refer this com[any to anyone since people believe in my word and i'm not going to have my reputation ruined because they kids do crappy job and in a hurry instead of taking time with a person's home and not damage it. and professional if they do by accident damage something they tell the owner about not just leave and do nothing. the only thing i got to say bad about Mark is he needs to really pay attention to whom he is texting and what he says cause he text me by mistake he was supposed to be texting his crew to let them know there are issues. he texted me and said " Will you please help this lady she is a real pain. that is something you don't ever do to a customer, i haven't forgotten that. I was nice and cleaned up the mess that the wind did with the roofing that the least the crew could do is clean up the rock bed and fix my bricks. Ivin has to come out and fix that plus had to fix my cedar shingles and paint so it didn't look so bad. but if that was a 500,000.00 home you wouldn't get away with that 1/2 ass flashing job, that now i have to live with. i spent alot of money trying to fix up my house and yard for a crew to come in and damage things, so not Happy at all about that.

Specialty Home Products was professional, on time, and kept a clean job site. The products looks great. I'd recommend them to any of my friends.
