An unreal experience to say the least.. PROFESSIONALIZM TO THE MAX. SRT PEOPLE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I RECOMMEND THEM, WITHOUT A DOUBT SRT OF TEXAS. TRUST ME YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED.

The job at my home was not duly finished, and their equipment left little bugs around my house that didn't have any heretofore. They did a wonderful job of hauling off the carpeting, but did not haul off water damaged furniture still in my garage area which the insurance company said I am being paid to be replaced, a desk and bookshelf. They had me sign a paper that was incomplete as to customer satisfaction for a job well done, and said they were in a hurry and would fill it out later. I was notified by Safeco their middleman was paid over 9,000$ already and I have issues in my study closet. and rotted baseboards in closets and behind large furniture that weren't fixed. They don't work with the flooring company and it is all set to go, but the flooring company said this was the worst situation they have every encountered in their 30 years of business, and I was taken advantage of being a retired single woman living here. I offered to clean the baseboards. Their staff was always arguing with the foreman over things. Appeared disgruntled about something, and told me they had no medical insurance in case anything were to go wrong, I had asked about that. Seth Redding told me they were covered by insurance, and were experienced as they had helped with the hurricane situation in Houston last year. I am sorry but they do not have my vote as I contacted the Executive Vice-President to remedy all this asking for his email address, but he never contacted me back. I had to file a claim with the Texas Board of Insurance, and have to wait 60 days for their disposition on this. Even Safeco's Texas Supervisor was displeased, but never got back with me. I do know this, the neighbor's three attack dogs constantly growed and barked at their crew as they did their work and did not bother to keep them in the house during the procedure. Too adjustors looked at the house, and no one absolutely no one of this situation has organized the project or been on the same page at all. I am not sick or anything due to the two inch flooding which covered the floors and the team was out here in a few hours, Johnny on the Spot to dry out the house with large, nerve wracking industrial fans and microbial sprays which I had to endure for three long days, and due to my electrical breakbox, some of their equipment cut out in different rooms. So they got their money and moved on without finishing up. I have to wait sixty days to force them to get in shape. Betty Stapleton, Clifton, and Restoration of Waco is attached to the name Lowe's in Waco that's all I know.

it was a pleasure working with these fine people, at every step they would consult with us and ask for our opinion.all of the employees were very courteous and professional. it was like a breath of fresh air.

The person that was the greatest help was my only trustworthy constant at Liberty Mutual, Stetson Samuel. That guy was to the point and right there the whole way. I would recommend him to everyone.
