Austin and his crew at Spruce Roofing came to me when I had previously been told that insurance would not cover my roof because it was too old. Austin assured me that the issues with my roof were items that should be covered by insurance, regardless of age. He was right--my roof was fully covered once he walked me through the claims process. Spruce was there every step of the way to make sure I was being treated fairly by my insurance company. They then performed excellent work in replacing the roof, and I am extremely pleased with the resulting job.
