Although certain members of the Stanley Steemer Team were phenomenal (Kristen and Richard), the overall experience has been very poor. Not one piece of furniture was returned in the condition in left my home. Scratches, missing bolts, missing pieces, things broken. . . A few of the pieces have been replaced by the company, but many others are still damaged and we have not, as of yet, been reimbursed in any way. I encountered boxes of items that had not been cleaned, broken items, boxes that were packed with things from different rooms, and boxes with items haphazardly thrown in unceremoniously. No care was taken when packing our things initially. The walls were also damaged while bringing furniture back in, and there is damage to floors/stairs as well. I would in no way recommend this company.

They were great. They were on time, they did everything they said they were going to do, and they were just great all around.

I ended up finding out about Stanley Steemer after a fire in my home and they came in and did a wonderful job and worked so hard.

These guys were here and removing the water damaged material within 2 hours after being called. They were fast and professional and I certainly would recommend them to anyone who has a similar problem.

They damaged a section of carpet and failed to report the damage. The communication between them and the insurance adjuster was incomplete.
