My home is in a very good area. Everything is very close. The area is growing.

While all the staff were friendly and accommodating, we worked with Brandon Smith the most. I’d recommend anyone to work with him. He is very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He wants potential buyers to be completely satisfied and happy. He was always available and helpful, even after we moved in. Thank you.

I think it's a great starter home, but I think there are better quality townhouses available in Atlanta.

We have absolutely had an amazing experience with everyone we have come in contact with but especially Trent Mahaffey. He has helped us with all of our questions and even has taken time out of his schedule to personally guide us through questions.

The quality of the home is ok. I ran into leaking issues twice. First time before I closed in the house. Second time after the house. They were slow to repair it after I purchased the house. They did some weather proofing but not sure in the effectiveness of the repair because it hadn’t rain hard. Additionally they did not fix the broken concrete with the repair. Just did the water proofing.

I had a great experience with Starlight Homes employees that was showing the properties. They were very helpful and very informative.

The sense of community stretches from the neighbors, to the sales staff, to the builders. Such an awesome experience. I love starlight. I would buy again from them again. Bonus my sister-in -law will be moving in her home soon. I told her about Starlight she came looked and fell in love with the community, houses, and the staff just as I did. Our sons are the same age and we are so excited.

My experience with the home being experience with Starlight was overall good. My sales agent Shantia was sweet and kept me informed during the building process. The incentives that were offered were really good and assisted in me being able to purchase my home. Trent was great during my walk throughs and has continued to be great even after closing and moving in. There were issues flagged during my pre walk that were not taken care of by his team by my final walk through. However, he made sure to work on these issues while I was at my closing to ensure the home was ready for me after I had my keys in hand. He is very responsive to any questions/issues and works to make sure you are satisfied with your home purchase! I will honestly say Trent's hands on approach is what would make me recommend this community to anyone looking to purchase. The one negative is the preferred lender that Starlight uses.
