i was surprised by starlight homes. i had never heard of them before, but they definitely came as a pleasant surprise when my realtor brought me to them. they were very professional, welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process, even going out of their way on occasion to make sure things happened in the proper time.

The build quality of the homes are very low. I know they are basic affordable homes but at least take pride in the build. 2 of the interior doors in our house are crooked. The frame and all. Like a picture not level on a wall. It looks terrible and its embarassing when guests come over to see this.

I have already told people about the community, and they are looking into it.

The only thing I disagree with is running carpet from the living room all the way to the kitchen, it runs almost to the patio. When you go to the second floor, the carpet runs to the stairs. A small tile walkway should have been put in between the rooms; not walking on carpet as soon as you walk into the kitchen.

Although we have encountered some issues with our new home, Dalton, and team have been very responsive and have gone above and beyond to fix complaints/issues. We are beyond grateful to have them to aide us in this happy moment for our family!

The sales rep (Vanessa) was great at explaining everything to us. Everything she quoted was accurate. I thought it was a little too good to be true at first and so far everything has worked out. The construction manager (Quinton) has been great at taking care of everything we’ve brought to him. Both have been very responsive. There’s been some issues as far as craftsmanship which is honestly to be expected with these kinds of houses. Quinton has been great about getting those issues resolved as quickly as possible.

The house was beautiful and in great shape. It needed very little retouch work. Grant and his crew took care of the few items very quickly. Grant was constantly checking in to make sure we were loving our new place. All workers were very friendly and respectful in our new home. Very polite and professional. Blake our sales rep was very knowledgeable and seemed like he wanted the best for us and not just a sale. Grant and Blake both made themselves totally available. In the rare event they were not able to answer the phone they were very quick to return the call. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Both Blake and Grant were ready to move mountains to make sure we were completely satisfied with EVERYTHING!
