I don't feel the home was worth what I paid, and the insulation is not great at all. The walls are thin, there's no privacy, and I can hear everything. I have to pay to get insulation put in. Also, it is really cold in some areas of my home, and that's a concern for my bills.

They were super responsive and willing to help with our needs. They expedited our process smoothly and seamlessly. They have great customer service.

I highly recommended Samantha in the sales office and Paul in the building company. They answered any questions that I had. They were very responsive.

Great builders and a great team for the face of the company.

We are underwhelmed by the fact that the home is painted with flat paint. Why are all of the door knobs and locks brushed nickel, but the bathroom fixtures are chrome? Why were towel bars and toilet paper dispensers not installed?

The starlight team were amazing! My sales agent was on point with step by step home buying process and my construction manager was awesome. Walkthrough was easy because the house was clean and nice. Several items were called out but he was able to handle all of them prior to receiving the keys. Thank you Starlight for making my experience the best home buying experience.

We’ve had a lot of issues with the home after purchasing, construction delays, then water damage that has taken forever to be fixed. I’m pregnant and this is only adding more stress to us as family.

My salesman, Randy, was super helpful from start to finish. He made the process a whole lot easier for me.

I like the build quality of the home. And also Andrew was very helpful in fixing any issues and clearing any questions I had during the walk through process and afterwards.

The experience I had with both Kim and Zack couldn’t have been any better. I really felt they were there for me for anything. I was very comfortable throughout the whole home buying process.

We hung some grapevines and curtain rods, and the walls are definitely full of insulation, which impressed us.

They made this such an incredible experience. Everyone we worked with truly made sure everything was too our expectations and that we got to move in feeling comfortable and happy.

It's been really hard to get repairs done and there were a lot of things on the original list that were supposed to be completed before move-in and closing that wasn't. It has been frustrating.

The reason I would not recommend is because the whole process was very stressful. Communication between my realtor and the lending company as well as sales team was lacking. Very frustrating to say the least. And our experience with the sales manager left us feeling disrespected.

I think that the house has some upgrades that are nice, and I would recommend it for some of the nice upgrades they provide.

Not the fastest at resolving issues that come up, but otherwise very good services overall.

I am very likely to recommend them to a friend. They are great at what they do.

It is a good buy for the money, but the quality is lacking.

Was very pleased with responsiveness of field contacts. But then a problem occurred that seemed to be a long drawn out process to resolve. I told my sales woman, Sheridan, and it was very rapidly escalated & addressed to my complete satisfaction.

I would not anyone I know to go through all the stress I have had to and continue to go through.

The Starlight Homes houses are not built professional. The landscaping died because when they put in the water system they did not turn the water on, so everything died. I have also had electrical problems since I moved in. I would not recommend them to anyone because no one seems to care about professionalism and doing a good job.

Starlight Homes held to the completion date which was really important to me.

They had promised work would be done but once they promised they said it was safe to sign the paperwork and they never came back to do the work on our home
