In my condition as a first homeowner, this experience had been very friendly, they bring Us every single detail about this purchase and explained every single part of the contract; this is really the correct choice for my first experience as homeowner. Starlight employees are very professional in every steps until my formal delivery date of our home.

Area is great, home is decent, but definitely cheap. The service is quite literally horrible.

I would definitely recommend starlight homes as they were able to get us a great sized home and yard for the cost of renting an even smaller home. If you could not otherwise afford to buy, definitely give them a shot. We are very pleased with our purchase and enjoy our new home so much.

The customer service and quality of the home is great. After our walk through, there were a few small things that needed to be fixed. They fixed each detail, and the house was perfect when we did our final inspection.

I don't feel the home was worth what I paid, and the insulation is not great at all. The walls are thin, there's no privacy, and I can hear everything. I have to pay to get insulation put in. Also, it is really cold in some areas of my home, and that's a concern for my bills.

They were super responsive and willing to help with our needs. They expedited our process smoothly and seamlessly. They have great customer service.

I highly recommended Samantha in the sales office and Paul in the building company. They answered any questions that I had. They were very responsive.

We are underwhelmed by the fact that the home is painted with flat paint. Why are all of the door knobs and locks brushed nickel, but the bathroom fixtures are chrome? Why were towel bars and toilet paper dispensers not installed?

The starlight team were amazing! My sales agent was on point with step by step home buying process and my construction manager was awesome. Walkthrough was easy because the house was clean and nice. Several items were called out but he was able to handle all of them prior to receiving the keys. Thank you Starlight for making my experience the best home buying experience.
