I feel that our home is a very good value for what we paid for it and we have had no major problems with our home. My only hesitation to recommend a Starlight home is the lender we had to use. I would not want to subject anyone else to that process if they had to use your lender to purchase the home.
Yes will be happy to refer a friend.
Starlight Homes did everything well.
The project manager and the office manager were easy to work with and made it a simple process.
I would recommend. Working with Ken and Ryan the project manager made things easy.
My only complaint is not about the salesperson but the HOA is terrible.
The people are nice, but I wish they wouldn't have built the house so cheaply. They didn't even run cable wires in to all the rooms. I was upset about that. The houses are definitely made cheaply, I guess for people to afford them.
I tell all my friends about Starlight homes.
The overall quality is amazing. We are very happy with everything, and we are super excited to be here.
Overall positive experience.
The process was seamless.
I am grateful for the lot that was available at the time; there were no issues or complaints.
Great experience at a reasonable cost
The professionalism, care for the client and communication were excellent! Highly recommend
The quality of the home has been in question. There are some quality issues. The closing process was problematic.
My experience has been amazing! This is my first time buying a home and I was helped throughout the whole process. My realtor helped me out from start to finish and I was able to find a home I love. The service I’ve received was just amazing and I will be recommending these services to friends and others.
The team and front office had exceptional service. Ken went over and above to assist us with getting the house. He continued to stay with us. Anytime we had problems, he would respond quickly. Ryan was in maintenance. We went to close and there were some things I was concerned about. He had completed them and sent an email before closing. He was at the house within minutes to take care of issues. They were great teammates and have been great for us. They helped us move into the house with minimal problems.
You, as the builder, should have included knobs on cabinets, towel bars in baths, tile in the kitchen, and many other items. If you need to raise your amount, so be it. But there are things that should be part of the home. I have built several homes in the past, and that was always in. Now that I am older, I have a hard time running around to find problems with the builder, supervisor, and the person who did the walk-through. There is only one outlet in the bathroom.
Starlight Homes homes are extremely basic with no basic amenities, so be prepared to spend a lot of money when you first move in.
The construction warranty for other builders is ten years, Starlight Homes is only six years.
They were very accommodating from the first time I toured the home to the times when I went back out to tour again. They were very responsive and answered any of my questions. That includes Alec, the builder/project manager, who has been wonderful.
I liked how smooth the process was. I liked dealing with them.
Our experience with the sales agent and Staright Homes was pretty bad. The sales agent, Sue Ellen Banko, was absent and did not give us the information that we needed.
I can tell that the craftsmanship is not in the home. It's very prevalent that the workers rush through the jobs they're working, and it really does reflect in the quality of the home.
Starlight Homes in the Brysons Ridge community is the best place to live.
