I feel that our home is a very good value for what we paid for it and we have had no major problems with our home. My only hesitation to recommend a Starlight home is the lender we had to use. I would not want to subject anyone else to that process if they had to use your lender to purchase the home.
Yes will be happy to refer a friend.
Starlight Homes did everything well.
The project manager and the office manager were easy to work with and made it a simple process.
I would recommend. Working with Ken and Ryan the project manager made things easy.
My only complaint is not about the salesperson but the HOA is terrible.
The people are nice, but I wish they wouldn't have built the house so cheaply. They didn't even run cable wires in to all the rooms. I was upset about that. The houses are definitely made cheaply, I guess for people to afford them.
I tell all my friends about Starlight homes.
The overall quality is amazing. We are very happy with everything, and we are super excited to be here.
Overall positive experience.
The process was seamless.
I am grateful for the lot that was available at the time; there were no issues or complaints.
Great experience at a reasonable cost
The professionalism, care for the client and communication were excellent! Highly recommend
The quality of the home has been in question. There are some quality issues. The closing process was problematic.
My experience has been amazing! This is my first time buying a home and I was helped throughout the whole process. My realtor helped me out from start to finish and I was able to find a home I love. The service I’ve received was just amazing and I will be recommending these services to friends and others.
The team and front office had exceptional service. Ken went over and above to assist us with getting the house. He continued to stay with us. Anytime we had problems, he would respond quickly. Ryan was in maintenance. We went to close and there were some things I was concerned about. He had completed them and sent an email before closing. He was at the house within minutes to take care of issues. They were great teammates and have been great for us. They helped us move into the house with minimal problems.
You, as the builder, should have included knobs on cabinets, towel bars in baths, tile in the kitchen, and many other items. If you need to raise your amount, so be it. But there are things that should be part of the home. I have built several homes in the past, and that was always in. Now that I am older, I have a hard time running around to find problems with the builder, supervisor, and the person who did the walk-through. There is only one outlet in the bathroom.
Starlight Homes homes are extremely basic with no basic amenities, so be prepared to spend a lot of money when you first move in.
The construction warranty for other builders is ten years, Starlight Homes is only six years.
They were very accommodating from the first time I toured the home to the times when I went back out to tour again. They were very responsive and answered any of my questions. That includes Alec, the builder/project manager, who has been wonderful.
I liked how smooth the process was. I liked dealing with them.
Our experience with the sales agent and Staright Homes was pretty bad. The sales agent, Sue Ellen Banko, was absent and did not give us the information that we needed.
I can tell that the craftsmanship is not in the home. It's very prevalent that the workers rush through the jobs they're working, and it really does reflect in the quality of the home.
Starlight Homes in the Brysons Ridge community is the best place to live.
I have already mentioned starlight to several coworkers
The patience and ability to answer questions about all aspects of the home. Or just general questions from me, my family and agent. This was a quick process and Tristan made it understandable for a person like me with lots of questions and addressed any concerns.
I like the look of my house, but there was clearly a lot of corner-cutting. I have to be careful walking into and out of rooms, as well as up the stairs, because all of the carpet nails are exposed. This is just shoddy work that demonstrates no care.
Everyone was very professional. The quality of the house was fantastic. Their response times were very good.
Yesss! I love the home and the space and layout.
Great experience
Everything was really good.
I would recommend to anyone who doesn't care about not being approved by HOA for a 6' fence!
I purchased my home about 6 weeks ago and all is good so far
I think Starlight Homes is a great company. They were able to make my dream come true.
They were awesome. They helped me all the way through.
I did recommend them to a friend. It was an easy process. There were no issues. It was very good.
Small items such as a ceiling fan, and basic things, should be included. I know it is all about saving money and providing a very attractively priced house, but I believe customers would happily pay for a ceiling fan if offered.
I am very grateful that they built a fine home.
The experience working with Starlight Homes was exceptional. From start to finish, it was first-class, very supportive and informative. I was assured that the process was going to go well and it did.
It was so smooth
I would recommend Starlight to a friend and/ or family member.
Price at table with seller was different than advertized by 3000. When we questioned him on it he claimed some update error and wouldnt honor it. Felt slimey.
DEFINITELY!!!
Do I love the size and lot my home is on? Absolutely. But does every cut corner show itself after only 3 months in. 100 percent. I can see every stud in the wall. Every door knob has fallen off. The heating was done so poorly we’ve had to have people out twice no for no heat in 30 degree weather. Do you like carpet staples in your feet? We’ve got them in our feet everywhere. If you need a house, yep go for it. But for long term? Run.
Everybody involved in the process was very attentive, communication was clear and timely, and it made the experience much less stressful.
The sales reps do not know what's going on in the neighborhood and told me at the beginning that I could use ATT Fiber, they also did not know what happened with the mailbox key and gave me the incorrect keys when I moved in. This caused me to not have mail for a really long time and it was piled up in the mailbox.
Jack Campos, the lot stage supervisor, was amazing. Absolutely amazing.
The home is beautiful and the is development fantastic, with great attention to detail; the staff are top-notch
The homes are built well and top quality.
