I think my original purchase with another constructor was horrible. I was very surprised and satisfied on the communication that this team had. Even though purchasing a home in itself was is stressful I felt supported through the process and was kept in the loop.

These houses are not great quality. I feel like they are put up in a hurry so they are pretty sloppy; crooked cabinets, glue and paint where it shouldn't be, gouges is things. Additionally, I feel like pretty basic and simple things were left out like toilet paper holders, towel racks, and automatic garage doors.

Overall, I absolutely loved working with Starlight Homes. I’m a first time homebuyer and I was admittedly apprehensive. I must have gone thru 2 dozen houses before my realtor found Starlight. From beginning to end, my questions were answered, my concerns assuaged, and the process made easy. Noah and Justin were phenomenal; both were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all pushy or dismissive. Even after I closed they were answering questions and assisting when asked. They made my home buying experience pain free and comfortable. Thanks to Noah and Justin, I have already recommended Starlight Homes and will undoubtedly continue to do so.

I visited starlight home a few times before I purchased. The homes shown always look good and ready to be lived in. The sellers are professional and knowledgeable

I noticed after moving into my home that trying to find studs to put the shelving on the wall was hard. It was hard to find them in the area I like because there is electrical wiring in the area that I wanted the shelves to be placed. Also, I would have liked more wood put into the walls because noises can be heard from the other side of the wall. Overall, most of the houses nowadays are expensive, but Starlight Homes pricing is decent. I like the high ceilings, and some quality of work is decent. The superficial things inside the home are also very good.

I wish I could leave no stars for the one person who has ruined our experience here at Starlight. The home buying process with Robertino was flawless, he made us feel comfortable with every single aspect that was gut wrenching, but the second it came to living in the home we finally purchased, it made us regret every single effort we put into making Starlight our home. AARON RUBIO has to be on the worst construction managers I have ever come across in my life. The perfect word to describe him and his work ethic is lazy. Every single time we ever need anything done for our home, he will always do it halfway, or sloppy. It got to the point to where we waited months for our fence to get fixed, after his team failed to nail it right, and a fourth of the fence fell down. If Starlight does not make some real change in the way there neighborhood is treated, I am more than sure there will be a lot of change in the people who look their direction for their new homes.

We were introduced to Starlight Homes by our realtor. We met with Oscar in San Antonio. Oscar is outstanding. The process and all involved are knowledgeable, helpful, and customer service minded. I understood each step of the process and any questions I had, Oscar was a phone call or text away. Aaron was also stellar! He made sure we understood our warranties, how our HVAC system worked, how our electricity via the electric panel worked, and even how to properly water our trees! Our walkthroughs of the house were great. He fixed each and every issue that we marked. The house was beautiful at closing time. I didn't think buying a home could be this easy, but it is. Starlight allowed up to become homeowners, which is something we didn't think we could accomplish.

I absolutely love Starlight Homes! Starlight made it so easy to find a perfect place we can call home! My family and I were coming from 5 years of living in apartment, so we truly didn’t know what to expect when finding a house or even what the process was. The first person we encountered was with, Gina Castaneda, she is the best! I am so thankful for her continuous help during the process. She did all she could to make sure that the process was very easy for my family and realtor! She stayed later then normal hours so my husband would be able to check out the house we were wanting. I appreciate her generosity and helpfulness. I even recommended my best friend to the neighborhood, and she could agree that Gina was awesome! Finally, we get to the inspection of the house. Charlie was our inspector, with the walk through and the few spots we needed fix, he was on it in no time! He was sure we took our time through each room and outside that we marked everywhere that needed to be fixed! As this was obviously our first time having to inspect a house, having him as our guy was very reassuring because he was very communicative and on top of what needed to be done! We would ask him questions and he never hesitated on answering them. We are very lucky to have Charlie also as our warranty representative, because we trust that with any problems that might occur over the year, he will be on top of it just as he was during our process of inspecting our home. Now a month later, Charlie is always checking in to make sure we are settling in with our house and making sure to reach out in case we have any questions or concerns.
