This is the third time I have used Statewide, but the first time for bathroom remodeling. Their installation team was courteous, informative, respectful of me and my space. Their product is top quality. I will be using them again in the future.

Lack of foresight or skill on rebuilding the ceiling and bath to accommodate standard practice of sheetrock methods. I.e seam tape was not able to attach to both side of seam. It was applied attached to one side. Back tub corner had a gap left open. Intended fix was to float a less than 2 inch opening with mud instead of using sheetrock and a corner bead. Installed sheetrock to floor instead of leaving gap, when asked for gap for sheeteock the installer also left gap on finish panel which was not intended. Statewide requires too much customer attention during build to make decisions that a skilled contractor would not need input. For example customer had to point out faucet was too low and measured other home faucet to locate this faucet. Had that not been done the faucet would have been too low to accommodate the square cover plate and would have looked awkward. Customer had to provide feedback on light installation. It as if statewide ignored what the customer doesn't catch. Which means the custo.er has to provide projects management services for free to statewide.

The team was great. Jorge was the most dedicated and professional contractor in our 7 years of renovations here. Eduardo was equally outstanding, particularly with his interactions with us. It was truly a great experience, causing us to consider what they/Statewide could do with our kitchen. Thanks again - great experience.

We have had multiple projects done by Statewide. They are extremely professional and always wonderful to work with from the beginning to the end of every home improvement.

This makes my second fantastic experience with the Statewide team. Starting in 2023 they did a tub to shower conversion on my guest bathroom and did an excellent job. Jerry the installer was very considerate about keeping the noise and dust down to a minimum, cleaned up the area daily and kept me informed of the progress each day. He completed the entire job in 4 days including plumbing modifications. I was very pleased with his work and his attention to the smallest detail. The finished product was awesome. I've had many compliments from friends and family members on how amazing it looks.
Fast forward to 2025, I decided to have my master bath shower remodeled so I called statewide for a quote, John in sales came to the house did some measurements then showed me sample options of materials and fixtures, John was very patient and easy to talk to, he made some recommendations and answered all my question regarding the length of the project and any concerns I had regarding my expectations and vision of the overall outcome. Once we agreed on all of the colors and fixture I felt very confident and excited about the project. Within 2 days I received a call from Ollie regarding the order status of the materials and potential start date, he kept me informed as to when all the materials arrived. About one week before he start date I received a call from Tyler, the production supervisor, to schedule the crew to begin the demolition, at that time I requested if Jerry was available, and ask if it would be possible for him to do the remodel, luckily Jerry was available to start the next week.
Jerry arrived on time and thanked me for requesting him to do the remodel. Just as did on the first job for me, he was neat, covered all my furniture in plastic, put down mats on the pathways to the back door and worked consistently with the same work ethics as before. The project was completed in less than four days. Again I was amazed and very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and overall look of my new shower. Thanks so much to all of the Statewide team for a fantastic and pleasant experience.

We remodeled a guest bathroom. We took out the tub/shower and replaced with a walk-in shower. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. The commutation from all the staff was above and beyond. The work crew started on a Tuesday and finished on Friday. Each day, I received a text as to the arrival time if the crew was on able to arrive as expected. The project was completed to my satisfaction and it is beautiful. I highly recommend Statewide Remodeling for any projects you may have.

2nd time I've used Statewide, once for a bathroom remodel and this time for a new French Door. Both times, the crew was prompt, courteous, knew what they were doing, and did an excellent job. I know I could beat the price, but why risk all of the good stuff that goes with a Statewide job.

Let me start off by saying in the end Statewide made it right. Way to many things went wrong from start to finish. This project took 2 weeks not 3 days.

In and out in one day. Three man crew got here at 9 am. They laid down tarps on floor (carpet and tile) and got busy with demo and clean up and had us look at results. Then they began to build back the new shower plumbing, flooring and then the walls. The project leader kept us informed on the stages of construction. Checked with us on location of grab bars etc. Asked if they could work past 5pm and finish in one day? We said of course! A couple of hours later they were cleaning up. Demonstrated how to work everything and had us use the controls. We went over their check list, signed off on paperwork and wrote check. Asked if we had any questions for them and gave their phone number to call if we had any questions or problems to please call.
