I appreciate Steamatic for all the work they did. I was an unhappy customer when it came down to choosing contractors, but I'm pleased and happy. I will recommend Jenn and Stefan to all of my friends and family.

With this company make sure you record your conversation because one thing would be said and another would be done. They were delayed and they said it was our fault. However, they didn't have anyone to remove our countertops, so they had to hire someone at the last minute to remove them. As far as the project manager, Stephen, I only saw him one time and he spoke to me on the phone. They would tell me when they would be there and certain times they wouldn't show up. Therefore, I would have to contact them. Some of the reasons they wouldn't show up was because of Covid. However, Stephen continued to take on projects and not focus on the ones that he already had. At this point I'm not impressed with Steamatic.
