I wasn't told they were going to have the roof subcontracted. I guess a lot of roofer do that. They have done my roof twice now, and the first time I felt like they did a better job. They had another crew that came out and did it. I was a little upset that they didn't tell me they were going to have someone else come out. If they had told me, I may not have gone with them. I know they do good work. They should tell their clients they are using another company, but they never told me.

He called to update us and to answer any questions we had.The install team from Grand Island worked hard, was respectful of our property and cleaned up before leaving daily.

It came in below or right at what the insurance was going to give. They were honest and cared about doing the work. The project manager followed through from beginning to the end. The didn't just do my shingles but did my gutters as well.
