Currently I am selling my home and have had a lot of interest. However, one of the points of issue with many of the prospective buyers was that the roof looked old and work, yet it was only 10 years old. Then, once we had a buyer, their inspector found some damaged rafters and potential leaks in the decking of the roof. We spoke to many contractors who came up with many options for us. However, the one that made the most sense was the approach that Storm Guard came up with. Their professionalism and knowledge of the business came through during our conversations. They were very good. The only issue was with the manufacturer. They took a little longer than expected. I placed the order around the beginning of December/ end of November and they didn't arrive until mid February.
