Zipco's project manager was okay to work with, but his sub contractors were terrible. Hardwood floors and ceiling repair had to be done twice due to extremely poor workmanship.

They did a good job and they were very professional. They worked with the insurance company very well. We had some problems with the insurance company cost wise about a patio cover and the gutters. They got the insurance company to pay for them when they were not originally going too.

Anyone know about good windows that reflect heat and energy efficent on electric bills? Did check on NT but think they may be cheap windows need a Pro ?

Fiberglass windows would be a great option for energy efficency. We sell the Infinity by Marvin windows which are amazing!
How do I waterproof my basement without getting a sump pump. Water comes in during strong rain at one side of the wall where there is brick chimney outdoors,
