The will to fight for the insurance to pay was very attractive, and ultimately the work seems fine, but I was told my roof couldn't be patched to appease the insurance company, when ultimately it DID happen before redoing the whole roof, but not until my insurance refused to renew and I was forced to go to another company, and pay more for new coverage. No, I would not recommend Straight Line to friends or neighbors. The project took months to complete because they only showed up to work on it here and there, taking weeks off in between. The job was not completed right the first time. The resolution of the mistakes was questionable. Communication was courteous but not knowledgeable.

Straight line looked at the roof and gave a good estimate and a discount for my Father's military service. They did say that there might be things that they could not see at this point and we agreed to that as a possibility.

We always rrecommend Straightline to anyone needing a roof.

When neighbors asked if I’d recommend, I said yes but they need to be okay with installers using unprofessional language and not doing a thorough clean up.

The sales staff were great. The product is very nice. The installation was not adequate or done professionally. They had to come back 3 times to get it right.

SL Roofing sent us a great cew; pleasant, knowledgeable, worked together like a well oiled machine, all in all, a fantastic crew. Tear off in 1 day, repairs and reproof the next day. Same professionalism with the gutter installation crew. Fabulous!

As an individual home owner and not part of the HOA, There are somethings I can't comment on, but what I do know is that the work was done quickly and efficiently. The crew working on our personal site was courteous, safetey minded and cleaned up any and all mess associated with putting a new roof on.

Overall a good company. The cleanup following completion of the job was subpar but the actual construction was good, well coordinated, and issues were corrected when brought to their attention.

Straight Line Roofing were all friendly and most helpful. They set up a text message system. They would text me any changes in the schedule. I was able to text any concerns I had. My roof was installed at a time when we had lots of rain and very strong winds. When the original roof was removed and the roof covered with a temporary covering, during the middle of the night a leak developed. I texted and within 20-30 minutes the project manager was on the roof in the dark with rain and wind. He quickly stopped the leak. They were always on top of every situation with a friendly voice. I would highly recommend them.

I found everyone at Straight Line Construction to be very professional and friendly. The workmanship is top notch. I am very satisfied with this company.

The quality of the work was very good. The crew onsite was also very good. Our frustration was with their sales person who significantly overstated what they could provide via working with the insurance to pay for the roof or at least part of it. His follow up was poor and his story changed every time we spoke. In the end insurance didn’t cover anything and we are ok with that, we honestly didn’t expect them to until your sales person assured us it was worth our time and energy to try.

they are honest, fair, reasonable and courteous. They keep you updated on their progress efficiently. Their crews are polite and hard working.

I would recommend Straight line roofing and construction. The reason for four stars is it took longer than I anticipated ( my guess is from the January 2023 storms as to what they were busy), however , the office personnel kept me informed and updated. I was happy with the end results.

The quality and workmanship weren't as good as our first experience a few years back. Confusion about gutters or not.

What an absolute MESS! We purchased the Leaf Gutter Guards with our new roof purchase and live to regret it!!! Every time it rains, we have a literal wall of water in front of our back door. The water splashes on the back door and and patio walls with debris from the patio and roof. We think the product is inferior, that the mesh is too fine to absorb the runoff. Yes, we've called Straight Line Roofing and Construction back several times, they responded once with no resolution. Since the Leaf Gutter Guards were installed, we've had a permanent large puddle of water immediately outside our back door that the dogs walk through and track into the house. These Leaf Gutter Guards are by far the worst purchase I have ever made!!!!! I wish I could retract the previous rating of five stars I made to this company prior to the first rain!

Straight Line completed a difficult and unusual roofing job for us involving multiple crews. They also helped us very successfully navigate the world of complicated insurance claims. They were able to clearly go over all the different options available to us and help us choose what was best for our needs. Our job came at a time when it seemed that Straight Line was busy with many jobs. While our job took awhile to be completed it went pretty smoothly. We were definitely pleased with the completed job of our far more energy efficient new roof. We are happy we chose Straight Line due to the jobs difficulty and their deep experience with different roofing situations. We now feel that had we chosen another roofer we may have run into some issues due to the unusual nature of our roof and so are thankful we chose Straight Line. We think our roof is the most important part of our homes integrity and Straight Line did it proud. Thanks.
