First of all, I had to say the young lady Mrs. Sarah that they sent out to check the roofing and everything had great personality. She was a great person overall and very thorough. She came back and said everything that was wrong from the beginning and the end. So even when I call them to come and check the roof, they didn't give me any time like hey you have to wait this day or wait that day, they came straight out. Mrs. Sarah did a wonderful job. She explained everything from A to Z. I really do appreciate her so if I can give a one hundred rating I would!
