Strobel is very lucky to have Larry on their team! Larry performed his job in a professional manner and his expertise on all aspects of the job were on point. He ensured that every part of the project was done properly and consequently we have no issues with the quality of the workmanship. He kept us fully informed on the timing of each phase of the project which meant there were no surprises. He always had a smile on his face and every problem was met with a "this can be fixed" attitude.

This is the third major remodel project on our 1949 home done by Strobel Design. We consider Strobel Design to be an excellent company, doing excellent work, especially with remodel of older home. The challenges of remodeling an older home were met with enthusiasm, and overcoming obstacles successful! Don Strobel was able to work within our budget and provide alternatives, which was not easy, to accomplish what we wanted!

We have done two full house renovations and one house addition with Strobel Design Build. They are very professional and the quality of the their work is unbeatable. They are simply the best! We couldn't be happier with the results.

Don and his team are exceptional. I highly recommend them. It can be hard to build or renovate from a distance and I would have no hesitation to do this with Don again.

Very happy in how Strobel addressed several challenges throughout the process from the larger issues of raising the ground level to make all buildings accessible to the smaller details of incorporating craftsman style features to the Maine house and including some of its details in the guest house. Mark was especially helpful in making sure we accomplished our primary goal of making everything as accessible as possible.
