Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize Jose, Alonso, and Alonso's father, the supervisor. I don't know his first name. Also, the installation crew did a superb job. Jose was with me from start to finish and explained everything in detail. He was extremely knowledgeable. I looked for a local roofer and someone that would be here if I need their assistance. This might be after a storm passes or something like that. They offer courteous follow-up visits within a week or two. That says a lot for the company. No one else offered that. There was no pressure for the contract to be signed and no upfront funds, which proves they are a solid company. There was no pressure to get paid, once the job was done. That is impressive today if you have a company that can do the job without asking for a penny. Several companies wanted half the job money upfront. That says a lot. There is no pressure involved with Strong Roofing. I can't say enough about how great these guys are. In our society, you know all we normally hear is the negative of the roof service quality, of your vehicle, roofing, and electricians. You don't get the true meaning and assessment of a good company. I am so glad my wife and I chose Strong Roofing. I go out every morning to look at my roof, it's gorgeous. It makes my home look like a new home. The edges are cut right and the quality is there. Anything I asked above the normal, they did for me. I asked for additional adhesives where the winds blow during a storm. They said no problem and they took care of it. I did have one bid where they were going to charge me to rent their tarps to minimize nails in the yard. That kind of turned me off. They didn't nickel and dime me and my wife. The job that was originally quoted was what we paid for it.

After receiving several estimates and even though they were not the lowest, they were the highest qualified with the best materials. They did a professional job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

We are very happy with our new roofs on our house and shed by Strong Roofing, Inc. Production Manager, Mike Toribio was great to work with from the estimate, to deciding on roof color, to making sure everything was done right and cleaned-up afterward. We Looked at a number of area roofing companies and are very happy that we picked Strong Roofing.

Post hurricane Zeta we were among the thousands in need roof repairs/replacement. Contacted Burt via email as they were inundated with phone calls. He called a few hours latter and only needed a copy of our insurance estimate to provide an contract proposal. His contract was lower than our estimate AND payment was due AFTER completion of services. He also provided us a contact to have our roof temporarily repaired at half the price others were quoting. Our roof was replaced in one day and looks better than it did before Zeta. Most of my neighbors (a good number of them) went with patch shingle installation with off colour shingles, its too bad they didn't wait.
I'm confident that should any future event require roofing services again, we'll be contacting Strong Roofing.

If he fixed it I would have given him a 4.

Reading all the other reviews, I decided to contact Strong Roofing. I am very glad I did. Burt guided us through the whole process. His knowledge of the insurance system may everything simple. His crew arrived when scheduled, worked until dark, they were very skilled and friendly. Work was completed next morning. When they left the place was as if they were not here. Highly recommend Strong Roofing.

I have other house around me still with damage nearby, and here I am with a new roof. So I'm very happy they got in, got it done, and I'm very happy with that.

My husband called Strong Roofing after the Insurance adjuster found we needed a new roof. Burt was at our house within a day of contacting him. He was very professional and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to working with Insurance claims and how to get the process moving forward quickly. His crew took every measure to protect the area around the house with tarps etc... They worked from sun up to sun down and got the entire roof finished in just a couple of days! When finished they cleaned up so well, it looked like they hadn't even been there! During the process Burt took the time to email my husband (who had to leave out of town) pictures of the progress and finished product as well as keeping in touch with me and our insurance company!! We love our new roof and would highly recommend Strong Roofing to any of our friends and family!!!
