Extremely professional and a quality project

Siding installation was great, with peripheral issues.. I shared my concerns with SSS salesman. (1) Communication of schedule was so-so (weather a factor) (2) Painters over-sprayed window edge & screen, and painted onto nonmatching other side of house at corner. (3) Gutter re-installers left rivets, screws atop roof, in gutter, on driveway; and chunk of gutter metal in grass yard. (4) Two crews left empty ale and beer bottles on site. (5) Painters cleaned primer off tools/brushes in my backyard and left white crud on grass and dirt.

They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

I sought out Strong Shield off the James Hardie Website, as they were the only certified JH Installer in my area. The fact that the company had to meet a long list of expertise, training, insurance coverages and other requirements was impressive. Their workmanship and attention to detail was noticeable and the owner worked with me on ideas and scale for my whole house remodel. I shopped and expected them to be on the higher side but were competitive. I highly recommend their services.

Outstanding workmanship, salesman and workers

Some materials weren’t 100% acceptable.The filler used between seams was very noticeable.Cleaning after the job needed to be addressed.

I met with Mr Cassio Santos of Strong Shield Siding to get and estimate on siding for my home and installing a Sliding Glass Door. He said my best option is the James-Hardie Board Siding and I decided to go with that. Mr Santos explain the steps the crew would take in replacing and installing the siding and the glass door. The crew did an Excellent job from start to finish..removing old siding; installing New siding and the Sliding Glass Door. A part of my garage did not have Insulation; they waited until I got some insulation and help me install it. After the crew install the Hardie-Board siding; another crew came out to do the corking/sealant around the doors and windows before they painted.The paint crew did an Excellent job on that as well. Another crew came out to install some down spout for my gutters.I'm Very Satisfied with the work they did. I would recommend Mr Santos and Strong Shield Siding to anyone. Thank You, Mr Santos.

I would strongly recommend Strong Shield Siding. We were very happy with their quality of work. They took the extra steps to rectify any issues.

Cassio Santos was barely adequate and kindly provided a new drip edge for my roof after allowing his workers during demolition to destroy the existing one installed. He only charged my 900 for his mistake. ThanksTerrible at listening to specific requests i.e. electrical fixture placement, refuse and trash responsibility, respect for customers time and schedule, and information in general. They were constantly admitting to and correcting mistakes of heinous carpentry skills and poor communication. Run the other way.Any company treating customers like this should close. Try video redecoration of your customer interaction regarding contractual discussions in the future to protect yourself from this ilk.

They provided the most reasonable estimate/ cost for hardi-board installation and exterior painting. They arrived when they said they would and completed the project before the deadline. Great overall experience.
