Summit was brought in by our insurance company to replace some flooring damaged in a water leak. We wanted some additional work done, and Bryon (our project manager) was super helpful helping us to figure out all of the details. The work came out great, was done promptly, and was reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!

Summit Project manager Bryon Malitz along with the skilled Summit craftsmen successfully worked to fully restore areas of our home impacted by an unexpected septic backup flood.

They need to learn how to communicate and not throw the homeowner under the bus with the insurance company.

Justin, Bryon, James and the plumbing crew(sorry I forgot their names) were all great to work with. They take pride in their work. If I ever have a problem like this again they'll be the first that we call.

The work on our home continues since my last review. I wanted to correct the spelling of Morgan's surname - it is Dominguez - sorry, Morgan.

I also want to add another Summit contractor's name - Edson Monroy. Edson began installing our
new LVP flooring and completed installing 23.5 square feet in one day! Edson was polite, professional and completed the job in a very efficient manner.

We had water damage on our hardwood floors caused by unfortunate work by contractors hired by American HomeShield. This happened in June 2020. Since then we have been trying to get our situation solved and FINALLY! After our insurance company, Allstate Insurance, hired SUMMIT CLEANING & RESTORATION to repair all damage, we have been thrilled by their work ethic, professionalism and workmanship! Honestly, while the remediation work was done. I was disappointed with the state our house was in when we returned. Perhaps this was due to improper expectations. We had been away for five weeks. The remediation process had supposedly wrapped up two weeks into our trip. When we returned three weeks later - there was still plastic walls taped up everywhere in the house. There was drywall dust everywhere inside the walls. Our furniture in our master bedroom had been pushed into a giant pile and taped to the door. Once we removed the tape, we also removed paint from the door. The only person i was in communication with was the admin in the office. No one was talking to me from the field (our house) to discuss anything - how to carefully handle our furniture. Summit wanted to be our GC on the repair - however, once they started making claims that they "took care" of our belongings - they lost credibility in my eyes. If you use them, make sure someone is there to watch and discuss what they are doing at all times.

Because of the quality of work and the garbage that was left (all the screws, nails and staples) on the ground that we had to clean up.

Every person involved with the process was courteous, professional and informative.

There were a few items that went missing toward the end of the job that was supposed to be cleaned and kept. I am not sure who took them but no one seems to know where they are.

I wish the whole process didn't take that long. it took over 3 months to finish the repairs, while we expected to be done in 2 months.

They were very professional, cooperative, and did a very good job. They informed me when they would be here, and they were timely.

We were pleased with the results performed by Summit Cleaning and Restoration. We initially hired a different restoration company but realized that their work was not satisfactory, we then contacted Summit. They fixed the issues the other company had caused and finished our restoration providing a much more satisfactory result. We would hire them again if the need ever arises.

We had a major problem in our master bathroom. It started with just a small sign of water damage. I called Summit Cleaning and Restoration. They came out immediately and assessed the damage. They were very thorough, crawling under the home, measuring water content and found the problem and how to fix it. They were up front and accurate with a complete estimate. They completed the mitigation and repair with no additional charges. The project manager, Ryan was on top of the job from start to finish. He kept me updated and informed every step of the way. The subs he chose were all top notch and were very competent and highly skilled. Every time one aspect of the job was close to completion the next was right in line to start. I could not be more pleased with the results of a job well done. If you are looking for the "personal touch" and attention to detail I highly recommend Summit Cleaning and Restoration.
