This was the worst experience with a company that I have ever had. During the very stressful and difficult experience of a house being flooded I would hope that company designated to assist the customer would make the experience run smooth and take away some of the stress. Instead they created additional stress that didn't need to be there. They had horrendous customer service, rarely showed up on time, communicated poorly and caused additional damage to my house because of their laziness and carelessness. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason.
