Overall, I'm very pleased with Sunbridge. They were communicative, knew the permits, permissions, and people at the power company to contact. It all went very smooth. It is spendy, so be ready for that. The only fault I could offer was that the installation crew wasn't as organized and focused as I'd like.

Everything was done faster then they had promised. Not only they were timely, they were fast getting the job done. They were prompt and wonderful. The installation was amazing.

All the personal were friendly, competent, and professional. This included the first meeting for the quote and information, and the installation. We had to do some major tree trimming and they came back and repeated their test. They took the time to make sure one understands their system and never gave the impression that one was taking too much of their time. It is evident that they all work as a well oiled (pun intended), team. :)

Further, they not only finished the project in less time than they had said it would take, they did it more cheaply, and passed the savings on to us. Sunbridge Solar, LLC exceeded what I expected of them.

I selected Sunbridge after doing research and attending a presentation from an out of town company. They had a five star rating and on the approved list of suppliers from PUD. They have their own crew and are local which is important if you need service or warranty. Sunbridge met all my expectations. The sales process was simple with no pressure from Jim. Installation was on time, done very well and worked flawlessly. The installation team was friendly and communicated frequently during the process. Jordan, the owner as well as the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. They continue to help with the rebates and incentives. I highly recommend Sunbridge. Stay local and don’t be deceived by the many out of town firms.

Sunbridge was ver professional and made sure the systen was up and running in spite of some interface issues between the battery and the rest if the system. I am very satisfied with our system!!

I am very happy with my experience with Sunbridge Solar LLC. I got bids from 4 different installers and Sunbridge was willing to work with me on getting the right system on my roof for the right price. They were not the lowest bidder, but overall felt like the company I most wanted to work with. They were very responsive whenever I reached out to them for information. Sunbridge Solar fully met our high expectations, for good communication, workmanship and followup. A small (but important to me) factor: Without being asked, the project leader made sure that a couple of obstructions on the roof were dealt with in a way that avoided irregularities in the panel layout.

Putting a large array (40 panels) with the additional complication of a two-battery installation into a 40+ year old house (i.e. wiring) provided multiple challenges, all of which Jordan and his crew handled with care and confidence. Sunbridge was truly a turn key contractor who demonstrated knowledge and experience with this work. I asked them to meet a very aggressive deadline to take advantage of the tax incentives. They beat this deadline by two weeks without compromising quality. I would recommend them to anyone interested in going solar.
