Living out of town, there was great communication. We had many good phone calls with pictures keeping us up to date on the progress.

They put my bricks on tip of the roof to hold the plastic down during a high wind and the bricks fell off the roof which would have either hit one of us in the head walking by or landing on my vehicle in the drive way. I told the guy it wasn't a good idea. They promised to replace my broken bricks and never did. I wrote them an email and they never responded back. When I complained about the trap flying around, they brought the crew back and put like 200 nails in the roof to hold it down. Then ghosted me.

Do not use. Botched the entire restoration process from start to finish. In fact insurance had to pay another restoration company to come out and do the job correctly.

Terrible customer service. They would just show up to the house unexpectedly with no phone call letting us know they were coming. The owner was very rude and was not getting the estimate sent over to the insurance company in a timely manner. Terrible experience and would not recommend going to them for any services!!
